I feel, largely, that most people have completely missed the literary significance of his character, and mostly just noticed that he's a badass.

another thing that unsettled me a little is the way the built up Edward Blake, "The Comedian" was a pretty dark and unsettling character himself, that is one flaw i seen with the trailer.

well yeah but he's the most interesting of all the characters and the most visually unique. his design is more iconic than any of the other characters
