I saw The Melvins play last night. They were amazing. They played the A-Team theme song as they were walking onstage. All four members had vocal mics. Dale Cover still hits monsterously hard. The dual drummer set up sounded great.  A great sludge metal band called Haarp from Louisiana opened up for them.

I saw Buzz Osborne by the stage before the show. I rushed up to him and shook his hand and said "I really like your work". I probably sounded like a huge dork (which I am!)

The Melvins fucking own, good on you.

I want to meet you in person and shake your hand on the off-chance that a slight residue of dead skin cells and oils from Buzzo's hand might remain on yours.
