Does anyone here have a PS3?
If so, please post your PSN name so I can add you to my friends list. Mine is GameGuruTB.

I have:
Resistance
Resistance 2
Burnout Paradise (With Burnout Bikes, Big Surf Island, and Burnout Party DLC)
InFamous
Tom Clancy's End War (With the Veteran Map Pack DLC)
Soul Calibur IV
Battlefield 1943
Warhawk (With all the DLC)
Marvel Vs. Capcom 2
Shatter

If anyone wants to play something let me know. I'm looking to test out the friends system, PS Home, and I just want someone to play with.

I absolutely love this system. Screw the people that say it's worse than the 360. In my opinion it's just as good. The PS3 has more games I want (that I can't get on my pc) than the 360 has. The controllers are nice, the online service is pretty damn good, and the exclusives rock. Plus: now I have a Blu-ray player.

Games still on my "To Get List" are:
Heavenly Sword
Motorstorm
Motorstorm: Pacific Rift
Killzone 2
Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2
LittleBigPlanet
Uncharted
Uncharted 2
God of War 3
MAG
BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger
Resident Evil 5
Batman: Arkham Asylum
Brutal Legend
Final Fantasy XIII
Marvel: Ultimate Alliance
Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
Noby Noby Boy

In no particular order.

Poltergeist

Get LittleBigPlanet right now mister!!!

Also I'd want to play Juarez with you.

Damnit how did I know you would only have games I don't have and don't plan on getting. (not counting LBP)

I'll still add you though. :D

I might hold out on critter crunch for a while, but shatter looks too fun to not have now.
Buying it.

The Clock Crew does actually have a relatively large number of PS3 owners, myself included. Unfortunately, all I own is Fallout 3 and Brutal Legend, I had to sell some games in order to have some spending money for the future, and even that's running out.

I have a friend who owns Res1+2 but didn't bring his PS3, so I would be able to play those.

PSN: Marlin Clock, of course.
Not sure if there's a space or not.

I'll add everyone who has posted in a bit.

I'll be sure to play Brutal Legend with you once I get it.

EDIT: Oh cool resistance 1 and 2 too. I'd be up for either tomorrow.

I'm surprised there are still people out there who shit on the PS3. Yes, it used to be expensive, get the fuck over it. I personally love it. And I know it doesn't really matter at all, but as a designer I love the user interface and design.

Reindeer

that's pretty cool, but i heard they cant play ps2 games, which i have a closet full of, so i think i might just have to buy the original one.

Yeah it's pretty great. Do you have one? If so, what's your PSN name?

If you have a working PS2, just hook it up to play ps2 games. The newer PS3's are better than the older ones in every other way. The new one is smaller, uses up less power, costs a lot less, it has a better hard drive (120 GB as opposed to 60 GB or 80 GB, the 160 GB was just a limited time offer) Plus, putting a new hard drive in the new one does not void your warranty.

Marlin Clock

Mine was one of the backwards compatable PS3s, not all of them aren't.

well you sold me :) i just now have to decide either an ps3 or an xbox, because i wanna play some ps3 only games, but i also love the halo franchise and some other xbox only games, and buying both is not an option for my budget. why cant people make the ultimate game console where i can play and do whatever i want.

Only the 2 oldest of the 5 or 6 models are backwards compatible with PS2, and they're no longer sold by Sony.
All PS3's however, are PS1 compatible.

I personally prefer the PS3, although both are very good.

I just added the three of you that posted your PSN names.
