I got those PC games for a killer bargain on Steam a few weeks ago.  Catherine is fun if you like a puzzle game that will repeatedly kick your ass.

And hard as fuck. I think I died at least 150 times on the last stage. And it's irresponsible, you can have as many drinks as you want and not pass out or run out of money, and it makes you faster in the dreams.  But you only have enough pocket change to play 3 arcade games a night. Plus it gives you fun facts on every type of beverage you drink so it encourages you to be an alcoholic.

Europa Universalis III - Chronicles

Europa Universalis III Complete is a misleading title if you see that in the steam store, that's just the base game with some updates. Chronicles is the game with the expansions.

Man, I'm pretty into obscure horror games and I hadn't heard of that one. If you have a PS2 find a copy of Obscure 2. It's not scary at all and not very fun but it has a co-op story mode so it's pretty great to play with a friend.

Just started playing LittleBigPlanet after getting it free from the whole PSN hacking snafu. It's... okay. I understand that the game's physics had to be kind of loosey goosey to achieve the customization they wanted, but it can be really frustrating when your character just slides off of platforms and shit.

I recently cleaned out my garage and found my mom's old Atari 1050 computer and floppy collection.
I haven't catalogued everything but there are a lot of old games there.

Also, terror's realm is a really horrible game. The voice acting is hilariously bad, the conversations were lacking serious authenticity, and the story is dumb as hell ( computer software killing people after 7 days, sounds familiar?).

The only thing worse than the dialogue is the actual game. It's so dark that you really CANNOT see more than one foot ahead. They do give you a flashlight, but for some reason it only lights up like 2 feet around your character a whole 360 degrees. Would've made more sense to give her a torch or something, or it's the cheapest pos flashlight i've ever seen.

Also, moving around feels like the character is constantly trying to clench a carrot between her ass cheeks. For some reason when you walk backwards she's like 10x slower, it's more annoying than anything.

Think resident evil's original control scheme with messed up controls and really nothing going for it. If i do play it again, it'll only be to laugh at the shitty dialogue.

Just got Catherine and beat it in two days. Though I wouldn't say it's short considering I apparently logged over 12 hours in it. I liked it, but there were things I didn't like. You know how sometimes there are stories where something mysterious and cool is happening and then you find out what's causing it and it's stupid and disappointing? - Catherine.

Also, only a minor complaint but the freedom meter (basically a good/evil meter) is total bullshit. "Would you rather watch golf or baseball at home?" "Golf." *MORE EVIL* Wtf?

As for the gameplay, I honestly found it to be pretty deep and of course challenging. I did look up a walkthrough for a few stages out of sheer frustration - it can be pretty annoying solving a puzzle with a giant demon monster trying to assrape you.

I was going to get deus ex today but I decided to buy sweets instead. A wise investment.
