The oppened bottle I'm guessing you're talking about the Chimey Blue, it's a belgium trappist beer which is already consumed. Bottle with a string? I'm guessing either the Mount Gay Rum or if you mean the one with a net thingy on it that's Grande Reserve Rum Plantation.

Hmm not sure on which is the 90% empty one, the one on the right is rum, on the left is the burdon.

The oval one is Chinese Rice wine bought in China by my friend.

Mix one part of Sheridan's with one part of the Rice Wine with two parts of milk. I call it the White Chinaman.

Pour a bit of all of them into the boot, add egg one raw and a pinch of something spicy and down it

Take the bottle with ten % left in it and add 10% from a bottle, and then another 10% from a different bottle, etc., until the bottle you started with is filled up 100%, then drink that. Does that make sense?
