Well in the preview for it Raiden is some kind of cyborg ninja thing and he fighting what seems to be Vamp.

The game that 8 or so of the characters in Eternal Fighter Zero are from, and that the anime called Kanon is based on, sounds like it's probably pretty much shocking all the way through.  It's a "dating simulator" where you play as a teenage guy and if you do everything right, he has sex with his cousin, his aunt, a girl who's really the ghost of a girl who went into a coma when she was little, a girl who reincarnated from a fox to be with him, a girl with a terminal disease, and a girl who has an inner child (meaning a child-soul-alter ego-protector within herself) and fights demons and stuff.

Woah woah woah, they explained in the first game.  Naomi admitted that she reprogrammed it to kill him at a random date instead of the preset one, to get back at him for killing Grey Fox.  In an early MGS4 trailer she tells him he has 6 months to live.
