What I don't understand about Wikipedia is, if they want to be a comprehensive encyclopedia on everything, why wouldn't they allow articles about everything so long as they have proof that they actually exist?  If they're really going to delete articles because of notability, then they should do a massive cleanup of the site and get rid of a ton of the articles they have on the site.
They could delete a ton of articles about various TV shows since a lot of them are never mentioned outside of their network, which seems like a similar case to "not being notable".
I can't help but think Wikipedia deletes the articles of things, if they've had articles on their for a long time, that somehow pisses them off.  Someone on Wikipedia is probably butt-hurt about something.

Also, I would assume it costs them bandwidth for every unnecessary thing that gets put on there, so they would wanna cut down on that.

We simply do not qualify. It's not an issue of "wikipedia doesn't like us" it's an issue of we haven't done anything big enough to have someone write shit about us. And that's all there is to it.

I was actually more referring to Newgrounds.  I understand perfectly well why we're not on Wikipedia, but Newgrounds is kinda big, have been featured on Attack of the Show and have a game company that's released two retail games and made appearances at E3.

Meanwhile, Illwillpress still has a page.

I can understand not letting, as you said, shitty garage bands and Counter-Strike clans have pages since nobody gives a shit, but some things are certainly more notable that they've deleted from their site.  Perhaps I should have been clearer in my post.
