Contrary to the tone of the article this was not done to teach a lesson or instill faith. It was done to freak out some stupid teenagers because the pastor was drunk thought it would be funny. He should get an award.

Pretty good, I'm loving college at the moment, piano is so fun. When I was little I declined my parents offer to pay for piano lessons because I thought it would be tedious. Lordy lord was I wrong, this is a lot of fun.

I wouldnt be allowed to call you a buttsmelling fartlord and call Jesus a gorillasexual (which is entirely canon according to the Red Size 50 Times New Roman-Catholic edition of the bible, it is the real version because I wrote it, and my version has robots so it's clearly the coolest version as well).

Yeah, it was really fun taking that beginner course here too, unfortunately the next level course got discontinued. I'm still not very good, and my hands really aren't suited for distances longer than an octave.

My school has five levels, beginner and 1-4. I took beginner last semester and am currently on 1. I took music theory last semester as well which helped a lot. I have large hands so I can stretch about an octave but I dont know my fingering very well yet so its still uncomfortable. But I'm getting better every class I go to, and I have a nice piano at home that my mom inherited from her grandmother so I can practice when I want (which is almost never, I really should practice more, I pass easily since my teacher is great at teaching the concepts but I could be so much better if I did an hour a day like real musicians do). My mom was an accomplished jazz pianist when she was in highschool and college, so she's very happy to see me enjoying this.

Its fucking huge, about four feet tall in fact. its not in wide print because the printing process causes it to cost thousands of dollars a book. The recession is really hurting the wizard blood market, which I need for the text, and the hand painted covers with jesus fighting a cyborg dracolich are costly as well. I suppose I could release a pdf but then you wouldnt get the full experience.

I really should be practicing more myself, just to keep with it at the very least. I need to learn a new piece. I succeeded in playing the first movement of the Moonlight Sonata but that's kinda a softball so I really need to get into some more challenging work.

It's like I'm always telling people, the way this economy is hurting the worst is through honest small business endeavors like these. It's such a shame I sold all my stock in the various blood markets but they were falling like crazy, otherwise I'd love to help you out.

Just so you know, "real" musicians (the ones who create music that goes down in history etc) practice their instrument for at least eight hours a day. Hendrix barely ever stopped playing his guitar, he took it everywhere he went and constantly played with other musicians, even slept in the bed with his guitar.

I know, I was being dumb and typed real musicians rather than real students or something, I'm an awful student and dont study for any of my classes, I just cram an bit before and then wing it. Buckethead pretty much does nothing but play guitar, tour, or record. When he's not on tour he literally just lives at a farm and plays guitar and feeds his chickens. It really shows too, and he has these massive fucking hands, its like he's a robot designed to play guitar. I wish I was that insane. He's like the musician equivalent of a monk.
