You don't have to vote for either of them. If they displease you then find a candidate that doesn't. Also, there are going to be state and municipal elections that will be going on. You might as well look into and vote on those since they actually effect your home.

I've joked about this before
when somebody asked me who i voted for in 2008 I responded with my vote for the local county superior court judge
but there's always an element of sincerity when I joke about shit I actually care about

I live in california, and california is going to obama. so my presidential vote is going to the third largest political party in the united states, even if I don't like them, just because fuck the two party system
but more importantly state and local politics have a variety of important ballot propositions and minor elections going on that I'm taking care to actually inform myself on as objectively as possible and ~everybody else should do the same~
it is really important to keeping democracy functional. the president is not the only man in the world.
