the instagram algorithm we now have to live with is stupid, and will alter your recommendations based on videos you watched once and give video content you don't care about places of honor in your explore tab

if you're not already doing so, when you see a dumb video or algorithm-milking meme page, you have to tap on the post to open it, go to the 3-dot menu above the post, and select "Not Interested." repeat until your feed is cleansed, then do it all over again when instagram starts showing you makeup tutorials, finger skateboarding and orthodontics repost accounts

You can't see Instagram without an account, since Facebook bought it. Is there a single thing they "BOUGHT AND WON'T CHANGE AT ALL WE PROMISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!" that they didn't fuck up?
