I think merely including photographs and video pornography and nothing else in the flash has always been against the rules, but they've never said including them at all is against the rules, and they certainly said nothing about any laws! They might be saying that, since their official minimum member age is under 18 they can't have content unsuitable for minors, but even COPPA only applies to websites allowing people under the age of 13. It's not against the law in any way to post porn on the internet. I guess the racist part makes sense for Newgrounds. They've always had that "no gay bashing or we'll take your ass out" sign up. But it doesn't explicitly discount jokes, and even then, it's hard to make a logical criteria for determining what's trolling and what's real. I guess not being able to piss people off is better than allowing some KKK Kunt to run rampant on their BBS. I guess that's the problem with letter-of-the-law affairs. No room for one's best judgement. Especially on Newgrounds, where a user complaint shuts everything down until the moderators deal with it, allowing a Newgrounder to be a total pissant and report something by some farfetched reasoning (NO SUBMITTIN DEMOEZ OR STUFF MEASZN NO SPAMMIN LOLOLOLOL).
