Obviously if it seems to be updating from 0 to 100 constantly it's not actually updating.

Delete it and redownload it, it seems to think that it needs to update something but it actually redownloads the entire game (I suppose)

EDIT:

i just went to the fallout 3 folder and all the crap seems to be there so I dunno what's going on. There's nothing to update. Lemme restart steam and if not, I'll restart my computer.

EDIT 2:

wellp i just restarted steam and my computer and it still wants to update so i'll let it update


update clock said he needed to update aswell so i figure it's fine, and his took a while aswell and by the looks of it, this'll probably go a lot quicker than downloading the full game (which sure does make sense!)

Because I was at the store looking for Gears 2 and they didn't have it and I saw Fallout 3 and was like "oh cool" and then I got it and they didn't have it for the PC but I regret it so much.

The only reason I'm not getting it for the PC is because I don't want another Assassin's Creed, where I get it and something is wrong about it so everything runs super slow. I'm sure the game'll be perfectly fine in console.
