As a military member I am going to put an end to his rain on terror immediatly. Per signing the contract of joining the military in general you surrender the rights to Sue the Military and all Military aspects for any reason from the moment you sign to the moment you die.

Can't the contract be breeched though?

GearBoxClock

I am happy because of this.
Too bad I'm not American or in the Army so I could open up a lawsuit as well.

Thats ridiculous. Why should you have to give up your rights for joining the military. Are you still not a citizen?

Can you honestly not believe it? Really?

1. How old are you?
2. When did you begin living in the United States?
3a. Do you visit any news sites, read any newspapers, or watch any news shows?
3b. Which ones?

AMPEEEM

Wow, it is Mosrhun. Thats cool, I guess.

UnrealClock

Yeah thats right, sue the military because a few members threatened you. Especially since they where total dicks and made you have to endure some guys company who was doing some total dick thing like guarding you for your gay security. Sue the whole military, that will show the bastards.

You are still a citizen but you lose your rights to the Bill of Rights. Its a very wierd situation I suppose to those who don't understand.

Its like a set of rules. When your in the United States your entitled to the Bill of Rights, and subject to the US Laws.

When your in the military you lose alot of those rights in defense of the country, and are subject to UCMJ not regular law.

Example:

I am a normal member of this forum. I have regular posting rights and can talk how I want to.

If I became a admin, I have a different rule set. I can't call people out, and I have a little more pull than the average user.
