Can't find the right colors.

I've been trying to find the right colors for the provided picture below. I am FORCED to keep it as simple as possible, which is why photoshop is absent in this. As it's being turned into a banner further in the process. But I need the colors of Emerald Green/(Some color as the outer ring border)/ Forest Green/Light green.

The Emerald Green is required but the other two greens I can play with. I've got the colors but I cannot find the right tone or light/dark ness of the colors I am provided. If you would not mind assisting me here, it would be much appreciated.

Any comment as to what to add to the picture would be great, I'm being paid for this so I need to make it decently good to get a higher paycheck. Hell I might even donate a good portion of the cash to the CC itself if I am given enough support.

Note: Tablet broke, I use a god damn mouse.

Golden for the ring, green for the tree, transparent for the sky, elsewhere just try and make no two neighboring fields of color match.

You could use a simple, repeating pattern for the tree. That's the only way you could maintain the rule of tincture with three mutually adjacent color fields.

And for the sake of criticism, I think the bushes are unnecessary, as well the gem if it doesn't have any particular significance.

That is correct. They disallowed anything elaborate, the people whom make the banners do not want to spend a lot of cloth and countless hours stitching together a "holy fuckignshit this is cool" picture, that's just the layout. It's easier to just sew on a few shapes here and there and have it look decent. Than spending days/weeks/months on something with every bit of detail on it.

So basically they just bought the idea, they will fix the picture to make it easier to sew when they schedule it.
