Yes, here is how you do it in AS2. Just paste this into your main timeline on any frame, I added the frills to make it loop a whole movie regardless of how long it is:

Anybody see Batman v Superman?


I prefer less angsty Supes but the film delivered pretty much exactly what it promised. The OST was pretty great.

There was maybe one too many dream sequences. The Mad Max-esque scene with Batman in the 'future' was obviously a dream from the immediate get go and doesn't really contribute anything other than establishing what Bruce fears Superman would become, which we are already aware of. They're meant to be premonitions of a kind, with the allusion to the fact that Bats kills Lois and it sends Clark off the deep end, but it all seems very out of place. The bit with The Flash seemingly came from nowhere, and more blatantly stated what the previous dream sequence had already established more ambiguously. Moreover the Justice League cameos were ultimately meaningless although not overly long or intruding. Cutting that stuff would have made it a better movie on the whole imo. I think everyone who cares has pieced together via the trailers that Doomsday is in the movie, and I like how he was handled, but I think that's a point of contention in the comics reading crowd.

7/10 will probably watch the directors cut to see what didn't make it.

Oh, and Eisenberg's Luthor is exactly as bad as you figured it would be. He plays the character like a neurotic and his dialogue had me cringing in the theatre. He is genuinely unsettling at times, coming off like someone who's unhinged and potentially dangerous, but that's about all I could say for it. I've read that Snyder had originally wanted Bryan Cranston for Luthor, but gave it to Eisenberg after he auditioned for the role of Jimmy Olsen.

I can't say whether or not the character would have worked any better with Cranston in the role, but in retrospect I can really see that it was written with him in mind and I think he probably could have brought a better performance.

There really aren't spoiler tags yet?

I don't think they were dream sequences. The Flash was using the Speed Force to travel back in time, and there's no way Bruce would have any knowledge of that to dream about it. Likewise, you can see Darkseid's omega symbol in the desert sequence, and there is definitely a parademon that swoops down at one point, which Bruce would have no knowledge of either.

Okay, well, if they WERE dream sequences, they were in some way informed by future events, meaning that Bruce is either aware of things we don't know, or they're going to say his subconscious was affected by time travel... or something.
