Saxton Hale is by far my favorite character from any game, book or movie. If you disagree you can take it up with him.

The Direct Hit sure sound interesting. Rewarding soldiers for actually being good is probably a good thing, although splash damage is a large part of the soldiers gameplay. Probably only usefull if you are actually very acurate

Ah! For once a weapon that is made to show who you are made of! I hate how I actually get direct hits in rockets and they are not that useful, and it works much better to aim the floor.

Pretty badass! I just wonder if this can still do rocket jumping.

I got two in a sawmill arena map today. Went 11 for 7, a pretty decent soldiering by my standards, I barely ever play the class.

i haven't played demo or soldier much with the amount of them, i try to be useful to the team.
if anything most of my contreibution has been against demo's as a KK medic.

Yeah, generally my Uber Priorities vary.

If it's a small way where everybody crowds their sentries and stuff, like Dustbowl map 1, second capture, i go for a Pyro or demoman.

But at other times i use demoman/heavy.

For kritzkrieg, Soldier, then Demoman, then Heavy for his spread against enemies.

Demoman can pretty much benefit well from both as long as he has the right place to spam crit stickies.

well, i don't want a class update that hardly changes anything. I'd rather radical change than little change. This is more interesting

It seems like every new weapon has radically changed gameplay in its own way. Valve has been pretty good with that.
