So I was at school today...

I was reading about Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde in the library when a hideous looking girl next to me began showing her friends a folder filled with images of pokemon, I assumed that there was 1 for every pokemon that existed, which meant it contained probably more then 500, I stopped counting a while ago.

Anyway, her friends kept pointing out the ones they liked, and she would go with an eeriely encyclopedic talk about it. 'Oh, Miltank's going to be featured in movie 13.' She described herself as a "pokemaniac" and she even pulled a toy pokedex out of her pocket. For the next 30 minutes it was an endless barrage of rubbish like "Lickatong has a tongue at least twice the length of it's body".

And that's how I lost a bit more faith in humanity.

Anyway, I went to a store once where there were a bunch of 30year olds playing the actual pokemon game, they were also fat, and it was a store where you could buy dungeons & dragon games and elf ears.

Also neither of them was thinking of helping me out because they were a bit busy so I left the store.

I played all of em up until Crystal and then gave up. How any of you are managing to play HeartGold and SoulSilver is beyond me. It just seems so juvenile anymore..
