I have to this day not seen anyone else say this, but I loved it and I don't get why others don't... it was a godamn space vehicle, ofcourse it wont handle like a limousine.



That said I loved the first game, the second was great but not as good, I have less hopes for the third but we'll see.

I'm glad I didn't get too far into this game yet as I heard that a lot of the default choices from previous games you start with are rubbish, and I lost my old ME2 saves ages ago. So what I did was download a ME2 save and use Gibbed's editor to change some stuff around. I even messed up the face data accidentally but it let me recreate a bunch of stuff anyway.

It's not a terrible game but it's not as good as ME2, nor is it an AAA game. They tried focusing on a completely new audience and fired a lot of it's good writers in favour of newer writers who most have a long history of poorly received publications. There was so many lines within the first 10 minutes which are out-of-character and just plain stupid. Also what really annoys me is how much money EA has paid to reviewers to get that ever meaningless 9/10. But at this point, everyone should be aware that game journalism is completely unreliable.

I heard from an IRL friend who was trying to buy ME3, and told me that buying from Origin has a tax of sorts. As far as I'm aware, Steam, along with other digital distribution outlets for PC games don't tax you.

Wow Tali was one of the 2 characters I liked in ME

If you haven't heard the shitfest about her face, I wont spoil it.

But I haven't played the game yet.

I liked Tali alot in the first game, but in the kind of way that "Yeah she's cute and strong but just not grown enough."
Then in the second game, she had developed alot as a character, she had grown in many ways and it was amazing as a player to see. I felt spoiled. I was fucking blown away at how good the romance (given what you can expect from modern games) was in between either Garrus/Femshep or Tali/Maleshep.
I seriously fell kind of in love with a romance-character the first time since Vanessa in Baldurs Gate II and Aegis in Persona 3 (But that's more my fetish for trans-humanism and robots).

Point is, Tali was an amazing character according to me and the lack of effort spent on the development of her and her species look in the last game just makes me sad. It just feels so insulting because I could honestly do a better Photoshop and I am abhorrent at it, it's like something you do in 2 minutes in lolthreads.
