I propose a small amendment to include hentai in the following passage

For what definition of Hentai? (I just looked it up on wikipedia) If it is of the legal variety, it falls under the no NSFW outside of the spam board rule, and if it is not, it probably falls under the aforementioned rule. For all the jurisdictional rules, I think we need to base our rules on the state law where the server resides (New york I think?)

Also I know this wasn't your intent Clam but it does have a little merit to ask whether the current rules would cover drawn content of the nature described... there's definitely beast/ lolicon hentai out there. Guro as well. The legality of loli in particular is still something currently challenged in the courts of various countries... couldn't hurt to make a simple revision like this:

Posting any illegal content (child porn, bestiality) or animal torture, to any part of the site will result in lengthy bans and legal action where appropriate. This includes drawn content of the same nature.

edit: never mind read the rest of the rule and it covers drawn anyway

when i browse the spam forum, I expect some silly shenanigans that don't fall under reasonable discussion such as the general forum, not some smut, regardless of it being drawn or not.

that being said i'm going to have to side with clam on this matter, although putting it in the same category as child porn and bestiality in terms of content and punishment seems a bit too extreme.

This thread is sort of a troll too. You dont want to ban all NSFW, you just want to ban a specific kind of NSFW. Because you have some sort of blood feud with japan. Did some guy dress as goku and molest you as a kid or what.

Honestly I'm not a big fan of the porn in the spam forum either. I'd be okay with a "no NSFW in a non-NSFW thread", a NSFW thread being one that was started with the intention of the thread being NSFW
