Cycles is just how many times in can add in one frame and the usage is just an estimate on how much CPU power its using. More Cycles is better. The rating is from 0 to 10. Time doesn't mean much

I keep getting different amounts depending on how many times I load the page. I've gotten 0 - 5.

...Actually no, CPU-Z tells me this is a Pentium D Duel Core processor, 3 GHZ too.

Roman, you should change it so that it doesn't perform the test just on loading the file.
The test stops as soon as the page finishes loading.

On this College Apple Mac, it does 79000 cycles (rating of 7)
