QuoteFormer The A-Team star Mr. T once stunned a sick child's family by bringing him out of a coma - after doctors begged the actor for help.

The poorly kid fell unconscious in Detroit, Michigan in the mid-1980s - and the only physical movement he made was in response to hearing Mr. T's name.

And when the mohawked star was in town, he stopped by the hospital to visit the ill boy - with miraculous results.

He tells Empire magazine, "His family put toys around him and one of them was a Mr. T doll. And whenever my name came up, the boy moved his arm.

"Somebody told the doctors I was in town, so they called me down there. I closed the curtains and prayed. Then, as I was walking down the hall, the kid suddenly came out of the coma and hollered out.

"That was my supernatural moment."

also, does this mean  mr.t is a cleric?

Topcatyo

Looks like he should be Healer instead of Night Elf Mohawk.
Also holy shit.

There's a scientific explanation for this, which I can't be bothered to look up.

dude belief in the unknown doesn't automatically lend itself to organised religion, christianity least of all.

I totally believe this Mr.T story.  It's just the brain's funny way of storing a recalling information.  Nothing miraculous about it (although it is miraculous).

Here's a great story about Mel Blanc having a similar experience, but the other way around http://www.ochcom.org/blanc/ :
QuoteHis family and friends had all come trying to arouse him with no luck. One day a young doctor had a bright idea. He said, "How are you feeling today Bugs Bunny?" Mel's response was faint but unmistakably Bugs, "Eh just fine Doc, how are you?" Then he inquired "and Porky Pig, how are you feeling?" "J-uh-j--uh-just f-fine th-th-thanks," he replied. Mel slowly came back to life through his voices.
Isn't that nuts?

ehhh i read about that mel blanc stuff before, cool stuff!

but it doesn't say mr. t talked to the boy it just says he prayed for him!

therefore i think mr. t's frequency interacted with the boys and caused the boy to awake!
