I believe you can get it on Steam.
I considered getting Painkiller a long time ago when PC Gamer gave it a 90%.  Did Yahtzee most recently review it?  I don't really check the site unless this thread's updated.

Okay, I just got to play Painkiller. Everything Yahtzee said is 100% true, hahaha. Except for the fact that the story is shit, I disagree with him on that because I'm a sucker for the stories behind games.

Hahaha, in the end credits I thought "Hey, he's used this song before..." but then it mentions that so I thought "oh cool."

He seems to talk slower in a few of these newer ones than he has in the past. He's still as awesome as ever though.
I also like how STEAM put Painkiller back on their front page and quoted him on the ad after his review.

I thought Yahtzee was speaking slower this episode too.  For once I could understand him.

Saw this on wednsday, and he said it was the time of year for reviewers to "relax from hit games and review what interests them" in the painkiller review.

Of course he will review MGS4, no doubt.
