He looks like he'll be in jail by the time he's eighteen while American dennis the menace looks like he's going to be analyzed by a shrink until he's suicidal, prescribed zoloft for depressions and ritalin for being too busy, then he'll get rich and happy selling both of those to goths and druggies alike but by the time he's getting laid because of all his drug money, he's going to be busted by the cops (his dad will pay them off though) and he'll be sent to some kind of rich-kid school where he'll be trained to be a lawyer.

Therefore, british dennis the menace is equally as much of a loser as the american variant, but much less of a faggot you'd like to punch in the face.
