I think Microsoft lost my Xbox, they sent me an email saying they received my complaint, and now my xbox.com thing has no Xbox registered to my account and says there isn't one under repair. If I lose my Xbox I will sue the holy shit out of them.

Most games today are multi console. 360 and PS3 have barely any exclusives.

And almost everything that is "360 exclusive" isn't actually exclusive since its out for the PC.

I'm sorry that I have a legit lawsuit if they don't replace it.

I don't mistreat my 360, it sits in a well ventilated area, never runs more than 4 hours at a time and usually isn't played very much. Only when I put in a new game does it fuck up.
