Idk, I mean they could obviously do great thing, but if Reynolds is going to be in a Deadpool movie, well then I don't have very high hopes. I've actually been eager to see if they were gonna actually make a Deadpool movie. The problem could be the american movie rating system. It's hard to fit a character like Deadpool under R-rating and still have his character be true to the comic book. I still hope they don't rape him because he is my favorite Marvel character ever and it would be rather sad if they did.

I recently order the first volume of Cable and Deadpool. I would have ordered all 8, but the cheapest I can find volume 2 is for $44.00. I'll wait and make sure the series is good before I do that.

I dislike Reynolds as an actor, however i do think he fits the part. And he himself that he's a fan, even before he was brought into the wolverine project. In recent interviews he stressed that he doesn't feel weapon XI from the movie is the true Deadpool, he described as "something that Deadpool came from" and he said i wouldn't do a Deadpool movie unless it followed the book, and not this weapon XI bullshit.  Not to mention Deadpool himself said he looked like Reynolds mixed with a Shar Pei.

Bumping this to say that Deadpool #10 is probabbly the best issue since a longggg time, maybe if my favorite DP issue ever. It's sold out though, you can torrent it if you promise to buy one later though!

Last week Reynolds told several interviewers the Deadpool movie was going to be as close to the comics as possible (includding fucked up face and cancer), and today he shed some light on possible villains.

Probably no cable (which is good news, considering it would complicate things), but Ajax and Black Tom instead. Makes sense considering Ajax is the main villain in the Deadpool origin story and Black Tom was the villian in deapools first two solo mini series (The Chircle Chase and Sins of the Past). Now as of yet Juggernaut hasn't been mentioned, maybe they are reluctant to use him again because he was in X3. Then again Sabretooth was in X1 and they didn't have any trouble using him again. Syrin also played a major role in these issues (both as cousin to Black Tom and love interest to Deadpool) so i wouldn't be surprised if she's in it aswell. I hope they cast a hot redhead with giant tits.

I stopped following deadpool a while ago, I didn't even know he had a new mini. I'm totally gettin on this.

Euhm yeah and afther that it's pretty much permanent..  you mean you like Wade Wilson pre weapon x? Also Deadpool doesn't have wolverines healing power, he has wolverines healing power on acid, it works so fast his entire skin is a mess because it keeps regenerating. The guy can grow back limbs like it's nothing, whereas wolverine often needs to heal for a while after getting shot or whatever.

Frankly I think Wolverine's healing power is the biggest cop-out ever created. Originally he just could survive grievous wounds with it, now anyone who has it can be reduced to nothing but one cell and somehow come back.
