My favorite new feature is the new logo.  It's very well done.


But honestly, whenever I open the game it just closes immediately as I get to the menu.

Yeah the best thing about this update is Notch is finally recognising that modders are actually doing some good shit. The lighting update and the new optimized save files are mods that people have made and I think it's good to see them incorporated.

I didnt want to start a new thread, but I was wondering if anyone here would be interested in doing a single-player world succession (saw the idea in Reddit) - let me explain:

* You create a world and set difficulty to 'hard',
* Play it until you die or 3 days have elapsed
* no respawns
* package your game up and hand it to the next player in line, and include a record of what killed you
* traps are OK, but spawnkilling is not - spawnkill worlds get reverted back
* no cheating

Anyone think this is a cool idea? We could all start a half dozen worlds and then check them out  and pass them off to each other as we die

Got the texture pack working and it looks great. I'm definitely using this from now on.

Also Buttplug the res for clamdoku is 32x32.
