What happened to CC Radio?

I remember listening to it almost every day, and now that I feel in the mood for some radio, it's gone. Lock Legion radio is back up, and Dr. Pepper Glock is forcing me to listen to his show (which is pretty good). But lock legion radio doesn't satisfy me. I need the superior radio back. What happened?

As much as I'd love to have the radio back, it'd be used for a month and then it'd stay dead for a long time. I'd host a couple times but then about five weeks later I'd look at the empty radio and be all "Daaaaamn, look at the time, I can't do that right now. Tomorrow. Definitely tomorrow." Then I'd do the same the next day. It'd be the same situation with listening, too.
So, yeah, having radio would be nice, but then it'd just go to waste.
