now we dont even associate ourselves in these subdivisions anymore. we arent fruit clocks or veggie clocks or whatever else, we're just a scattered mess of uncategorized clocks. and now instead of some friendly segregation joke, we define everybody by who they are friends with and if we dont like their friends, we dont like them. its dumb

ahha yes. that adopt a clock thing. smurfberry adopted me and we didnt really do anything at all because neither of us cared. then i joined his weird clocks with people like durian (then hawaiian punch), the first bongclock and the first yinyang clock. im not too sure if you joined later, but i remember the weird clocks being part of the clock war trilogy that you made.

Yeah I don't think I ever knew of any official WeirdClock grouping but I thought the idea of categorizing Clocks was cool, or something. I'm sure we've all spent time dreaming up the hierarchy of our alternate Clock Universe. Or it's just me.

That was my clock infancy. I think I was one of the last clocks to join before the clockfriend status was created. Most of what I remember are the big things like oblivion and the fall. Most of my other memories are just Rev Maltese and others getting mad at me in the debate forum.

Trying to run the CC kind of broke his mind, though it probably wasn't very sturdy to begin with. I think Laura was just his girlfriend but through repetition of jokes people started referring to her as his wife.

We had a chat conversation on the subject of how he would permaban people for trivial shit "to scare them" then lift the ban later.

There were a lot of conversations like that. It was uncomfortable because I was in the position where he was in charge and I was on the one hand trying to defend his behavior on the forums from folks like Spriteremix and Sir while at the same time try and dissuade him from more irrational behavior in private.

Had sort of a "last king of scotland" feel to it.

That was pretty much the position I was in with Bit too. Always trying to clean up his mess and keep him from doing more damage while also trying not to piss him off. Eventually I did piss him off and he demodded me, but Leek brought me back.

I don't think I did badly with the job but it was kind of insane to mod me right away too. I didn't seem to get quite as much resistance as you and Rupee, but it was definitely a weird move to make.
