Every guy wants to be his  friend and every girl wants to date him. Understandably Slurpee is not a  very happy person.

I'm still on the Third Doctor. I decided that I am going to pop into this thread and talk about Classic Who every once in a while, and none of you nu-Who fans will know what I'm talking about. And then I will feel more cultured and pompous because my knowledge of Doctor Who is more classical than yours.

I most recently watched The Three Doctors, and it was amazing. It's unfortunate that Hartnell had such a small role, due to his being ancient at the time of filming, but the serial is definitely worth watching just to see the return of the Second Doctor. The Third Doctor's seriousness juxtaposed with the Second Doctor's silliness makes for good comedy.

I didn't like the Third Doctor much at first, but he has grown on me. I think he won me over with his sword fight against the Master in The Sea Devils. Incidentally, someone on youtube took that sword fight and replaced the swords with lightsabers. You should watch it:

I'm sure if you type the name of any Doctor Who serial into Google Video search then you will find someone who uploaded every episode of the serial onto Youtube or Dailymotion (someone like one of these chaps). Some Classic Who is available on Netflix, which will obviously give you better quality than someone's youtube upload, but the selection is limited (Netflix in the States might have a bigger selection than Netflix here in Canada, but I know over here we only get 1 serial featuring the First Doctor, and none featuring the Daleks).

As you may or may not know, half of the black and white episodes are missing. Fortunately, some fans have created slide-show style reconstructions of these episodes, combining the audio (which still exists for every episode) with still images. If you are interested in watching any of these, here are some good reconstructions: link link link. Watching Doctor Who as a slide show may not sound very fun, but it's the only way to watch some very important episodes (including the First Doctor's last episode and the Second Doctor's first).

Of course, you can also buy them on DVD, but they are very overpriced ($26 for a DVD that only includes 4 episodes?? when you can get a full season of most TV shows for the same price?).

As I've mentioned on the facebooks, that danged finale made me very very upset. Especially because Rory and Amy are pretty much gone forever I think.

:hmph:

Your hair has to be at least ten times more ridiculous then that to resemble Matt smiths.
